Altoona Police have arrested a city man after a high speed chase at a time when children and their parents were walking to bus stops. Arrested was 25 year old Hunter Plowman, who police say was under the influence of meth at the time of his arrest. The chase occurred yesterday morning in the vicinities of Broad and Beale Avenues after police spotted Plowman driving at a high rate of speed. Plowman has been charged with fleeing, having a gun, DUI, and numerous other charges. He was arraigned yesterday and placed in the Blair County Prison. Bail has been set at $150,000
