Bail has been set at 100-thousand dollars for a Somerset County man accused of sexually assaulting an underage victim. The victim tells investigators that 21-year-old Anthony Latuch bought sexually explicit pictures of her and other young girls through use of the Snapchat app, and that Latuch assaulted her at his home earlier this year. Latuch is scheduled to appear in court next week.
