Former Pa., State Police Officer Sentenced for Child Sexual Exploitation

A former corporal with the Pennsylvania State Police was sentenced yesterday on numerous convictions involving the sexual exploitation of children. According to the office of United States Attorney Eric Olshan, Sean McKenzie of Perryopolis was sentenced to 23 years in prison.  Investigators say, McKenzie had saved hundreds of videos of child sexual abuse. He was convicted of seven counts of child sexual exploitation, possession of material depicting the sexual exploitation of a minor and attempted transportation of material depicting the sexual exploitation of a minor. Homeland Security along with both the Pennsylvania State and Pittsburgh Police conducted the investigation that led to the prosecution of McKenzie.
