The House is investigating three top universities, including one here in Pennsylvania, after the institutions’ leaders failed to explicitly say calling for the genocide of Jews violates their code of conduct.  The House Committee on Education and the Workforce announced it opened an investigation into the University Of Pennsylvania, Harvard, and MIT yesterday for what it called “rampant antisemitism” on their campuses by students and faculty.  The move follows a heated line of questioning during a congressional hearing earlier this week, in which the university presidents refused to say whether calls for genocide violate campus rules on harassment.  The exchange prompted widespread criticism from both sides of the aisles.
