Drivers are shelling out a little less to top off the tank in Pennsylvania. As reported by Triple-A, the average price for a gallon of regular fell last week in the Keystone State to three dollars and 53 cents, as the national average slipped two cents, to three-18 a gallon. The lowest priced gas in the country is even lower after the statewide average in Texas fell to two-65 a gallon Friday. The average in high-price leader California came down a penny, to four-73 a gallon.
