A Centre County couple has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child after they allegedly neglected to get medical care for a young child for several weeks. State Police have identified the couple as Jordan and Logan Wilkinson from Philipsburg. Reportedly the two took the child to a doctor several months ago for what they said was a rash, however medical personnel discovered the child had broken ribs that were consistent with non-accidental trauma. It was believed the injuries were sustained several weeks before the child was brought to the doctor’s office. The two were arraigned yesterday and are free on unsecured bail.
