A third person has been charged in an alleged murder-to-hire and arson plot in Bedford County. Heather Dibert from Duncansville allegedly hired a man to murder her wife and her wife’s family. State Police reported that Dibert offered money and drugs to 34 year old Zachary Sellers from Lewistown in exchange for burning down the Bedford County home, where her wife was staying, this past October. Zellers was arraigned last week. Authorities now say another person has been charged in this case. She’s 33 year old Jamie Beers also from Lewistown. She is facing charges after she reportedly admitted to driving Sellers to the home that was to be set on fire. Beers has been charged with conspiracy to commit homicide, conspiracy to commit arson and numerous other charges. She is in the Bedford County Prison in lieu of $1 million dollars bail. Fortunately the fire was a small one, and nobody was injured.
