A Cresson woman was arraigned for allegedly taking slightly more than 33 thousand dollars from Citizens Bank at the Giant Eagle location in Altoona. She’s 33 year old Candace McQuillen who allegedly took the cash from a vault between May and July of this year. She was arraigned yesterday on charges of theft by unlawful taking and tampering with records. She was released with unsecure bail set at $30,000.
