It’s being called a Christmas miracle, as the Adams County SPCA adopted every one of their dogs from the shelter, three days before Christmas. Two weeks earlier the kennels were filled. As a result the Adams County Shelter said it was going to pull animals from other shelters in the state to help them find homes too. The shelter is located just outside Gettysburg.
