Reported New Hospital Admissions Rates for Covid Declining in PA for Now

The CDC says Pennsylvania seems to be keeping its respiratory viruses in check for now. The federal government agency monitors each state’s level of flu activity by comparing the current data from health care providers to what’s normal for an area outside of flu season. Overall, hospital admissions for respiratory virus in Pennsylvania have been decreasing for the past few weeks, except for Union and Schuylkill Counties in the eastern part of the state, and four other counties near Pittsburgh.
