Changes to Pennsylvania’s dog licensing laws are coming in the new year. Prices on licenses will be going up by two dollars to eight dollars and 70 cents on February first. A new rule that will lower the age that a dog needs a license will go into effect at the start of February as well. It will require dogs to have a license at the time they are transferred to a new owner as puppies.
