A Muncy woman is in the Blair County Jail today after being accused of stealing a car from a Williamsburg man and then trying to run him over. She’s been identified as 37 year old Serena Kifer. According to a criminal complaint, the man picked up Kifer earlier this month and when he dropped her off, she refused to get out of the car. When the man tried to push her out, he then went around to the passenger side and that’s when she slid over to the driver’s seat, drove off, only to come back and allegedly try to run him down. Fortunately the man was not injured. Kifer was arraigned on Dec., 24th and has been charged with felony robbery of a motor vehicle, aggravated assault and numerous other charges. Kifer reportedly has been convicted 8 times before, for driving with a suspended license.
