First Night State College will return on Sunday with the family friendly event featuring its traditional ice sculptures. First Night has been a tradition in State College since 1994 and kicks off Sunday morning with music, performances, and workshops. The featured event are the ice sculptures that line the streets. More than 30,000 pounds of ice will be on display on Sunday from 10am-4pm and on display thru 6pm on Monday. First Night is a production of the Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts.
