A popular portable blender is the subject of a just-announced recall. The device is called the BlendJet 2 and the Consumer Product Safety Commission says there have been reports of the blades breaking off in some units while some others have been found to be the source of house fires. The BlendJet 2 was sold online and at various retailers including stores in Pennsylvania.
