Altoona has its first baby of the year. UPMC Altoona welcomed Vivian Gresh who was born on Monday morning at 1:17. This is the first child for East Freedom couple Ellen Kennedy and Noah Gresh. Vivian weighed a little over 7 pounds. Welcome to the world Vivian.
