A 33 year old Altoona man is behind bars today after being charged in two retail thefts. He’s been identified as Joshua Shank who was arraigned yesterday on charges involving several cases filed against him. He faces numerous charges including retail theft, conspiracy and receiving stolen property. The retail thefts allegedly occurred at Family Dollar on East Pleasant Valley Blvd., and Dick’s Sporting Goods at the Logan Town Center. When apprehended it was discovered Shank had multiple felony warrants. He has been placed in the Blair County Prison in lieu of bail.
