Two New York men are in the Clearfield County lockup after they were accused of stealing over $16,000 from PA Skills Machines at a BP Gas Station in Clearfield County. They have been identified as 41 year old Stalin Acosta-Paulin and Wander Pena. They are facing numerous felony charges stemming from an incident in which the skills machines were broken into last June. The two were caught, thanks to surveillance footage showing they used a tool to pick the lock on one of the machines. The two men were arraigned on Wednesday and taken to the Clearfield County Jail in lieu of $25 thousand dollars bail each.
