Pennsylvania motorists continue to pay higher-than-average prices at the pump. As reported by Triple-A, the average price for a gallon of regular fell last week in the Keystone State to just under three dollars, 38 cents, this as the corresponding national figure also dipped to about three oh nine. Costs remain lowest in Oklahoma, with the Sooner State figure dipping to just under three oh nine on Friday. Prices were highest again in California, where the Golden State figure settled to just over four bucks, 70 cents.
