One state legislative leader says she’ll work on getting an increase this year for Pennsylvania’s minimum wage. Senate President Pro Tempore Kim Ward says some 22 states raised their minimum wage this past week with the start of the new year. Pennsylvania’s minimum is seven-dollars and 25 cents. Ward has not said how high she would like the increase to be.
