Portions of Central Pennsylvania, including Blair County, are under a winter weather advisory until noon today. We could see anywhere from 3-4 inches of snow. PennDOT has been plowing since very early this morning. Some backroads are slick, so exercise caution as you travel. The snow will taper off as the morning progresses.
