A homeless man is behind bars in Centre County today, after he allegedly exposed himself to a woman in the Pattee Library at Penn State. Police say 35 year old Brandon Taylor was watching porn on a computer at the library when he reportedly exposed himself. Authorities note that Taylor is a registered sex offender in New Hampshire. He has been charged with a felony for failing to register with police here in Pennsylvania, and a misdemeanor account for indecent exposure.
