State Police have identified the man killed when a garbage truck backed into a tree in Port Matilda on Wednesday. Authorities identified him as 38 year old Nathan Kerstetter of Milesburg. He was killed when he was struck by an overhanging tree near a driveway. Centre County Coroner Scott Sayers said Kerstetter died from blunt force trauma to the head.
