How To Enter

Fill out a registration slip with registrant’s name, address, phone number, and email address and put registration slip in the provided registration box. Registrants may only fill out one slip per day.

• The grand prize will be drawn from the registration box at random on February, 12^th , 2024
• Winner will be contacted and announced on February 13^th, 2024
• Must be 18 years of age or older to enter
• No employees of Westwood Floral & Gifts, Blaine Boring Chocolate, Bella Barrita Beauty Bar, Asiago’s, & Visit Johnstown PA may win this prize

Grand Prize and Declared Value:

• 1 lb of chocolate from Blaine Boring Chocolate ($25 value)
• $100 gift certificate from Bella Barrita Beauty Bar
• Dozen roses from Westwood Floral & Gifts ($120 value)

Lightner Communications in conjunction with various sponsor(s) and/or prize provider(s) is conducting a contest named above. Odds of winning will vary based on Contest(s) participation.
