A second person has been charged in the case involving the theft of 2 million dollars in cash from an Altoona man. 42 year old Janelle DeGennaro,  from Altoona, was arraigned yesterday on one felony count each of receiving stolen property and conspiracy. She was allegedly involved with 29 year old Andrew Booker who was charged earlier in this case. The charges against the two came after a nearly year-long investigation into what later turned out to be a staged burglary at an Altoona home last February, in which a safe, containing 2 million dollars in cash was stolen. DeGennero is currently free on $25,000 unsecured bail. Her preliminary hearing is scheduled for January 31st.
