A Congressional panel could soon demand that the University of Pennsylvania turn over its records on how it handles antisemitism. U.S. Rep. Virginia Foxx of North Carolina has requested the records after Governor Shapiro admonished the school’s leaders for what he calls failing ‘every step of the way’ to ensure safety for all its students. Foxx, a Republican, serves as the Chairwoman of the House Committee on Education and the Workforce.
