A Johnstown woman has been accused of throwing her child during an argument that took place last week in a Blair County home. . 34 year old Zakiyyah Claycomb was arraigned last week in Blair County on one felony count of endangering the welfare of children and numerous other charges after she allegedly threw a child against a couch during an argument at a home in Freedom Township. Officers on the scene reportedly did not immediately notice any injuries to the child but believed the force with which the child was thrown could have caused serious injury or a risk of death. Unable to post $75,000 bail, Claycomb was remanded to the Blair County Prison. Her preliminary hearing is scheduled for February 1st.
