Altoona Police arrested a man on Friday following a shots fired incident at Andy’s Bar, located on 4th Street, Altoona. Two patrons apparently got into an argument inside the bar, and when the argument continued outside the establishment, shots were fired. Reportedly, David Adams fired one shot in the direction of the victim, and quickly fled the scene where he was later found at the Relax Inn in Altoona. He faces numerous charges including aggravated assault and is currently awaiting arraignment.
