A Curwensville man has been charged with having sex with a 14 year old girl. He’s 47 year old Robert Mallon who has been charged by state police for allegedly luring a 14 year old girl from her home for sex. He’s been charged with statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, and various other charges. Yesterday, he waived his right to a preliminary hearing and has been placed in the Clearfield County Jail in lieu of $500,000 bail.
