A Blair County man is in prison today after he allegedly broke into the building of his former employer, to take supplies for a plumbing job he had. State Police have identified him as 23 year old Samuel Mickey Jr, who was arrested over the weekend after he allegedly broke into Champion Home Builders in Claysburg. Mickey was caught thru surveillance footage. When police arrived at the scene they reportedly found Mickey hiding in a porta-potty. Mickey was charged with burglary, theft and resisting arrest. He’s been placed in the Blair County Prison in lieu of $40,000 bail. His preliminary hearing is slated for February 8th.
