State Police have arrested and charged a 55 year old Philipsburg man with indecent assault after he allegedly touched a 17 year old girl last October. He’s been identified as Dennis Weld who allegedly touched the girl under her clothes while she was laying down on a futon at his Decatur Township home. Weld has been charged with felonies for aggravated indecent assault and corruption of minors. He was arraigned on Tuesday and is currently free on bail.
