Three Altoona residents have been charged with burglary at an apartment after one of the suspects left his shoes behind. Charged were 20 year old Jocelyn Morris, 30 year old Brandon Keller and 48 year old Shannon Carlheim. The burglary allegedly occurred at Evergreen Manors in Altoona, in December. Authorities say Morris and Keller have been accused of breaking into an apartment and assaulting a man and a juvenile with a baseball bat. During a scuffle, Keller’s shoes fell off and were left behind. They are being charged with burglary, aggravated assault and numerous other charges. Carlheim is reportedly facing conspiracy charges. Further actions in this case are pending.
