Most details of the democratic governor’s budget for the 2024-25 fiscal year, which starts July 1st, remain under wraps, but he has made it clear he will seek more money for higher education and public transit agencies. Whatever Shapiro proposes, will require passage from the Democratic-controlled House of Representatives and the Republican-controlled Senate. The address is set to begin at 12:30.
