The folks responsible for the Hays bald eagle camera are reporting recent upgrades to their LIVE look set-up. Viewers each year are able to look in on the nest in Pittsburgh’s Hays neighborhood where adult eagles have been nesting since 2013. According to the Audubon Society of Western Pennsylvania, the camera, in years past, has been solar-powered which led to some inconsistencies in service thanks to area weather. A consistent electricity source is now powering the camera so viewers shouldn’t have to miss a minute of activity in the nest. A LIVE look at the nest can be seen on YouTube by searching HAYS BALD EAGLE NEST.
