Area residents hosting Super Bowl parties are invited to drop off aluminum cans to benefit local programs. Volunteers with the Eldorado Civic Association, 5939 California Ave., Altoona, at Seitz Field will accept cans at the association’s drop box. The cans will be turned into for recycling, with the proceeds being used tp benefit the Miracle League of Blair County. the Teener League at Seitz Field and other programs. The Eldorado Civic Association’s aluminum cans collection runs year-round.
