A Lancaster County Couple is a million dollars richer after they purchased a One Million Dollar Money Tree scratch-off ticket from Rutter’s in Duncansville. The couple identified as John Fresh and his wife Jan Morrissey were presented with a commemorative check yesterday. Rutter’s will receive a $5,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
