Police reportedly responded to shots being fired in the area of 4th Street and 7th Avenue shortly after 3 a.m. on January 1st. During an investigation police learned there was a “gang war” among the teens.  Officers say the shooting was planned and was done with the intent to kill or seriously injure Eli Rodgers.  Pezzuti, Rodgers, Whitaker and Williams were arrested without incident. An arrest warrant is still active for Stehley.  All are being charged with criminal conspiracy for attempted homicide except for Rodgers who is charged with aggravated assault. Walker and Rodgers have been released from prison on unsecured bail. Pezzuti and Williams are in jail in lieu of bail. Preliminary hearings are scheduled for February 14th.
