A Centre County man is facing charges after he allegedly threatened a teen driver with a gun and used ethnically charged language during an incident that occurred while the two were driving from Centre Hall to State College on November 10th. Reportedly a truck driven by 32 year old Matthew Dunlap of Pa Furnace, started traveling slow and brake checking the young driver. When the teen driver attempted to pass him, Dunlap allegedly swerved towards his vehicle and began flashing his high beams and tailgating the teen. At an intersection, Dunlap allegedly shouted at the teen asking if the “Arab boy” wanted his brains blown out. Dunlap faces charges of making terroristic threats and ethnic intimidation. His arraignment is pending.
