A Reedsville man was found guilty yesterday in Centre County Court, for a rape that occurred nearly 30 years ago. 52 year old Scott Williams was found guilty for raping and assaulting a Penn State student outside of an apartment in State College in May of 1995 causing her minor brain damage and numerous other injuries. Authorities found her in the middle of Pugh Street. The victim was reportedly unable to identify Williams due to her brain damage so the prosecution relied upon DNA evidence in this case. Williams is expected to be sentenced on March 25th.
