A 62 year old Huntingdon County man is facing attempted murder charges after a dispute with a neighbor, allegedly led him to firing a rifle on Saturday afternoon, resulting in the victim being shot in the abdomen. State Police have identified him as John Stout, who reportedly had been causing problems regarding property boundary issues on the 7400 block of Luciana Bottom Road in Clay Township. Stout faces four counts of criminal attempted murder and numerous other charges. He is currently in the Huntingdon County Prison and his bail was denied. Stout’s preliminary hearing is slated for February 21st.
