A former Penn State professor who has already been accused of sexually assaulting his dog, has been charged with more lewd acts in Pennsylvania’s State Parks. He’s 64 year old Themis Matsoukas, who was charged earlier into alleged sexual abuse of his dog at Rothrock State Park last April. Recently, photos and videos from other state parks showed numerous lewd acts from Matsoukas involving a tootsie pop and a tree branch, and climbing a tree while naked, among other lewd acts. Matsoukas was a professor of chemical engineering at Penn State before he was put on leave. He is now being charged with open lewdness, trespassing and disorderly conduct in both cases.
