The Pa., Dept., of Corrections is planning a two-day job fair as they look to fill several positions in Centre County, at both the state correctional institution on Benner Pike and SCI Rockview. The job fair will take place at SCI Benner at 2221 Benner Pike, Bellefonte next Tuesday from 2 to 6 p.m. and again on Wednesday, February 21st from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Both facilities are looking to hire corrections officer trainees and other positions across several fields. They also lowered the minimum age requirement of officer trainees from 21 to 18. No appointment or registration in needed, and all who are interested are encouraged to apply for the positions before arrival to the event next week. Bring two forms of ID.
