A Bellefonte woman has been arrested and faces over 600 charges of theft. Spring Township Police identified her as 53 year old Ahyoka Keith, also known as Carol Ann Sumner, who is charged for allegedly stealing thousands from a family member. She was arrested last week in Ohio. Her charges include criminal use of a communication facility, identity theft and numerous other charges.
