A 39 year old Howard, Centre County man, has been arrested for allegedly having child porn on his laptop. Authorities say James Fisher was arrested after investigators tracked an IP address from which an explicit photo was shared with him. Fisher posted bail and his preliminary hearing is scheduled for February 21st.
