A Port Matilda man who earlier pled guilty to attacking a teen with a machete has been sentenced. Emanuel Cespedes appeared in Centre County Court yesterday and was sentenced to serve 15-32 months in the county jail. He was arrested last summer after an alleged machete attack at the Parkway Plaza Apartments in State College. Police say Cespedes attacked a teen because he believed he was being “set up.”
