A Fayette County woman has been charged with drugging and sexually abusing a male dog at a residence in Somerset County. State Police have identified her as 31 year old Nikki Dillinger of Connellsville who reportedly admitted to performing sexual acts on the dog while she was intoxicated. She faces charges of sexual intercourse with an animal and animal cruelty.
