A Somerset County man has been charged with sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl while providing her with vapes and marijuana. He’s 19 year old Caleb Lambert, who reportedly began communicating with the girl last month on Snapchat, telling her he was 16. Police say the two later met at a restaurant, where he then took her to his home, offered her marijuana and allegedly sexually assaulted her. Lambert was arraigned yesterday on numerous charges including statutory sexual assault. He has been released on unsecured bail.
