An escaped prisoner who was in custody in Philadelphia has been recaptured in Johnstown. U.S. Marshals were able to apprehend Alleem Borden yesterday. Borden fled from police custody after being discharged from a Philadelphia hospital on Monday. Authorities say he was caught in the crawlspace of the house of a woman he knew in Johnstown. Borden had been arrested in Philadelphia after he was found asleep early Sunday in a car that had been reported stolen.
