A Pennsylvania man is facing homicide charges in the death of a 23 year old pregnant Amish woman last week in northwestern Pa. He’s 52 year old Shawn Cranston, of Corry, who was taken into custody on Saturday morning. Cranston faces one count of criminal homicide, one count of criminal homicide of an unborn child and numerous other charges. He has been placed in the Crawford County Prison, and was denied bail. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 15th. The body of Rebekah Byler was discovered last Monday by her husband, in their Spartansburg home. She reportedly had been shot in the head.
