Pennsylvania motorists are getting a slight break as they top off the tank this week. As reported by Triple-A, the average price for a gallon of regular fell slightly on Friday in the Keystone State to a few tenths under three dollars, 50 cents, this as the corresponding national figure increased a bit to just over three thirty-three.
