A murder suspect from New Jersey has been arrested in Bedford County. 30 year old James Doran was arrested on Saturday after a high speed chase on U.S. 220 thru Bedford. Doran is wanted by the Gloucester Township Police for the murder of his 65 year old mother. She was found dead in her home Saturday morning from blunt force trauma to the head. Doran was placed in the Bedford County Prison with bail having been denied. He is currently awaiting extradition back to New Jersey to face first-degree murder charges.
